Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order out the door within 48 hours of purchase.

Please note:
The shipping cut-off date for this year is September 25, 2025.
Orders placed after this date will be available for pickup only — shipping will no longer be offered after that deadline.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, shipping may take between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not included in the product price.

  • Local delivery is available and ranges from $50 to $125, depending on the delivery area.

  • This applies to all products, including Sukkahs, Bamboo Schach, Etrogim, and more.

🔍 How to Track Your Shipment

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time. Visit our Tracking Guide if you need help.

🛠 Issues With Delivery?

We’re here to help resolve delivery issues quickly.

🔸 Tracking says "Delivered" but something is missing?

  • Open and inspect all boxes carefully.

  • If you’re still missing an item, submit the form on our Contact Page and we’ll ship the missing piece right away.

🔸 Your package is marked as damaged or returning to sender?

  • Reach out to us immediately via the Contact form.

  • We’ll arrange for a resolution or a replacement to be sent to you.

🔸 Delivery shows no ETA or is delayed?

  • If a shipment is delayed without an update for over 48–72 hours, contact us using the form and we’ll investigate further.

🚨 It’s after September 20 and your delivery hasn’t arrived?

  • Let us know immediately so we can prioritize a solution in time for your Sukkot celebration.
