At Sukkah USA, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Returns on Sukkahs

If your sukkah is unopened and unused, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all accepted sukkah returns.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • The sukkah must be returned in original condition and packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

All other items—including but not limited to:

  • Etrogim & Lulavim

  • Hoshanot bundles

  • Bamboo Schach

  • Decorations

  • Custom or rental sukkahs

are non-refundable and not eligible for returns due to their seasonal and perishable nature.

ℹ️ Important Notes

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier-related issues.
